"My husband has been with Lisa Dilts office for YEARS. Never ever had a problem until the last year. My husband and I now have two different policy numbers along with many financial errors on our policies. For us both our insurance has been $164. Now they are saying just ONE vehicle is now that price. Remind you I said we randomly have two policy numbers now. That means two charges coming out of my account for insurance. NOTHING HAS CHANGED?! When I asked what changed Bri stated she didn’t know. So you want more money for me and can’t even explain why?? Further more, we walked into Lisa’s office to speak with her hoping she would get this fixed but she just gave us a run around because nobody knows what’s going on in that office. I 100% recommend Katrina Worsham at State Farm!! After an agent change they are having to fix my entire policy AND I actually have answers as to what the error was on Lisa’s part. Absolutely ridiculous!"

I would go back to her at any point because she cared about what getting me the best rate she could while also making sure I had enough coverage."
